The Barley Mow is a Hartford, Huntingdon pub with a Nepalese kitchen that also cooks Indian favourites, showing Sky Sports, TNT Sports, DAZN and Prime Video. A pint at the bar, a meal with friends and a small garden for brighter days.
An old inn, a new chapter
The Barley Mow, described as a 17th-century coaching inn, sits at the heart of Hartford's Main Street.
We began a new chapter with Lapen Inns on 4 July 2025, reopening with Nepalese cooking alongside the British pub favourites you know and love.
Come in for a drink, stay for a meal and make yourself comfortable. Whether you’re meeting old friends or visiting for the first time, we’re glad you’re here.

Yes — private hire is available at The Barley Mow. A table booking does not reserve a space of your own, so talk to the team about the room, the timings and the arrangements for your occasion before you invite your guests.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi in the pub.
Do you show Sky Sports and TNT Sports?
Yes. We show Sky Sports, TNT Sports, DAZN and Prime Video, all on commercial licences, on TVs around the pub, with a big screen or projector for the big matches.
